Discover the underwater world with WADI's Discover SCUBA Program! Perfect for beginners, this introductory experience offers a safe and guided dive under professional supervision. Learn basic diving skills, explore up to 12 meters, and gain insights into buoyancy, pressure, and equipment. No certification required, just curiosity and a sense of adventure!

Requirements

  • Be at least 10 years old
  • Be medically fit for diving (complete a medical statement)

The WADI Discover Diving Program offers a unique, safe, and educational introduction to scuba diving for beginners. It’s not a certification course but a fun and guided experience that allows you to dive up to 12 meters/40 feet under the supervision of a qualified professional.

During the experience, you will:

  • Learn how water pressure affects your body and equipment
  • Practice equalising air spaces like ears and mask
  • Understand essential safety practices, like not holding your breath while ascending
  • Try on and use scuba gear, including the regulator, buoyancy compensator (BC), and pressure gauge
  • Learn and perform basic underwater skills such as mask clearing, regulator recovery, and buoyancy control
  • Experience a shallow water dive in a pool or confined water setting, followed by an optional open water dive

This is your opportunity to enter the diving world and see if scuba is for you, and it may even count toward future certification!
